For our esteemed Client, a Multinational Company focused on Jewellery based in Milan, we are looking the following profile

 

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER / JEWELLERY BRAND / MILAN

 

 

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out that goal through positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation of the store. You will provide the Store Manager with the help he or she requires to keep the shop in top running order, from ordering inventory and processing sales to generating cash reports and responding to customer concerns and complaints. We’re looking for a friendly and ambitious professional who wants to begin or continue a career in retail store management.

 

Duties and Resposabilities:

 

  • Supporting the Store Manager on the management of the store
  • Coach and support other team members
  • Support the hiring and training process of new employees for the sales floor or other departments
  • Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
  • Maintain and monitor store inventory
  • Assist customers as necessary
  • Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
  • Manage social media and the store’s online presence
  • KPI analysis, capable to provide sales analysis and reports
  • Strong Network in Milan

 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

 

  • 5-8 years’ experience in a Luxury Company
  • Fluent in Italian
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other languages will be a plus
  • Qualified degree
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
