The key objectives of this role are to be a fully contributing member of the team, to work with the integrated team members in meeting the goals of the organization and supporting them in administering a portfolio of fiduciary clients and to meet the wealth planning needs of our clients.


This position requires the applicant to:

· Perform all functions as necessary to properly manage and administer all aspects of assigned accounts;

· Manage account opening, ongoing administration, reviews and account closing procedures, ongoing client contact, problem resolution, accounting preparation, contact with attorneys and accountants as well as other professional service providers to service clients as needed;

· Perform periodic reviews of accounts (post acceptance, administrative and investment, etc.);

· Review and approve draft financial statements for assigned accounts;

· Ensure all accounts assigned are billed annually, or as per the terms of their agreements;

· Ensure all requests and instructions from clients are acted on in a prompt manner in accordance with the terms of their governing agreements;

· Recommend to Senior Management updates of any amendments or changes to Trust Company's Policies and Procedures;

· Active participation in company's assigned projects;

· Ensure there is strict adherence to the internal policies and procedures;

· Produce and organize all necessary and requested materials for regulatory authorities and auditors and provide on-site responses and support during examinations and audits;

· Develop, retain and deepen client relationships;

· Perform other functions as assigned from time to time by Senior Management.


The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

· Master's degree, law degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Investments or Finance) with 4+ years of related experience;

· Must have an understanding estate planning structuring;

· Must have at least 3+ years of proven track record in providing wealth management services to high net worth clients;

· STEP Certificate/ Membership is a plus;

· Fluency in English and Italian. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus; and

· Must have some knowledge with FATCA & CRS.

· Ability to foster teamwork and support to sales team;

· Capacity to work with demanding clients and diverse group of people;

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; and

· Skilled at analyzing and solving problems.
