About us

Arca24 is a fast-growing reality, which does not resell third-party technologies but develops its own HR software entirely in-house.
We do understand the needs of those who deal with recruitment and talent management and we take advantage of new technologies to provide them with the best HR Tech solutions.

We are a swiss-based firm, but we work at the international level with customers in both EU and non-EU countries.

In order to grow our business, we are looking for a new colleague as a SALES MANAGER in charge to develop the UK market.


Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for the UK market, building new sales strategies, managing existing clients while also generating new business opportunities.

You will be reporting to the CEO working closely with all departments.


What are you able to do and who are you?

  •  A positive and dynamic person, interested in our products and digital solutions;
  • People-oriented and you are able to achieve the assigned objectives and find satisfaction in doing it;
  • You have already worked in a similar position for 4/5 years and you have at least 2 years of experience in the same business;
  • You know how to search for potential customers and how to independently manage the relationship with them;
  • An English native speaker or at least you have a very advanced knowledge of this language and you speak Italian at a  proficiency level;
  • You are available to travel in  UK  or eventually to move there.
